Fund financing

Fund financing refers to the format of financing for which funds are collected from multiple number of investors and then distributing the profits generated through investment of such funds. Initial Public Offering (IPO) refers to public offering of the stocks and management details of a company in order for external investors to openly purchase such stocks. IPO fund refers to the fund in the format of obtaining profit with IPO stock (public subscription stocks) investment as the main strategy.

Publicly offered stock investment fund
Fund that assigns portion of publicly offered stocks among the investment assets
Publicly offered stock high-yield fund
Fund for which priority allocation benefit for 10% of the publicly offered stocks of KOSDAQ is granted at the time of investing more than 45 into high-yield bond
KONEX high-yield fund
Fund for which more than 45% is invested into high-yield bond (including KONEX stock) and priority allocation benefits with upper limit of 5% of publicly offered stock of KOSDAQ has been fortified in the event of investing more than 2% into KONEX stocks
KOSDAQ venture fund
Fund for which more than 50% is invested into KOSDAQ and venture companies (more than 15% of new stocks of venture companies), and priority allocation benefits for allocation of 30% of publicly offered stock of KOSDAQ and income deduction are granted
